The Art of Leadership

The Art of Leadership is a transformative action learning program offered through The Northern Learning Institute, in partnership with the Genesis Group, aimed at assisting both experienced and emerging leaders develop to their full potential. Using high quality faculty and leading edge theory and practice, The Art of Leadership consists of three, five-day modules - Leadership, Strategy and Leading Change. A variety of assessment instruments, tools, contemporary concepts and activities are used to create a powerful transformative learning experience designed to bring about positive personal and organizational change. In each module, participants will build a unique "learning community" to help guide and support their leadership journeys.
