iLead - Local Government Leadership Development

iLead is a comprehensive interactive program focused on enhancing leadership capacity and aligning leaders with a common set of leadership competencies. More than just a forum for intellectual learning, the iLead program is intended as a springboard towards enhanced approaches to leadership. That means building on individual and team strengths, embracing positive change.

The program focuses on both individual and collective leadership strengths, participants are immersed in a Leadership Challenge which actively applies their learning to real life work place challenges.

Who it's for
The iLead program - a successful collaboration with Victoria, BC's Capital Regional District - has been designed specifically for you as leaders in local government. It is intended to meet your unique needs and leadership objectives, enhance the leadership capacity of your organization and reinforce your individual and collective strengths. Outcomes
This highly collaborative program will focus on enhancing your competencies in the areas of Leadership Excellence, Customer Service and Citizenship, Embracing Change, Community Engagement, and Strategic and Ethical Decision Making. As a result, you will develop a greater understanding and performance of effective individual and organizational leadership and management abilities.
