In 2005 one of her clients, the University of British Columbia, was awarded the first Vancouver ICF Prism Award for excellence in integrating coaching into their organization.

Holding two master's degrees, Carollyne brings over 20 years of corporate experience at the executive level to her clients. She has been included in "Who's Who in Canadian Business" since 1995. Carollyne is the designer of the Excelerator Coaching Program™, a unique training for corporate managers and consultants that integrates a coach approach to the challenges of leading and managing in organizations today. The Great Question! ™, Action Learning Game for facilitated groups, completes the full spectrum of resources for this International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach training program.

Educator:
Carollyne is Associate Faculty with Royal Roads University’s ICF accredited Executive Coaching Certificate program. She is also a popular session lecturer at the University of British Columbia.
