Coral Trisko, PMP is a Senior International Consultant and CEO of Enterprise Project Management Ltd. A Victoria based firm since 1996. Ms. Trisko has over 20 years experience in Project Management and holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from RRU.

As a member of the Associate Faculty of Royal Roads University, she develops programs and teaches project management within the MBA program and the Graduate Certificate Program at RRU. Coral has written and instructs the core programs for the Graduate Certificate program and MBA program in project management for Royal Roads University. Coral has developed and facilitated programs for the Masters Certificate Program in Project Management through George Washington University and ESI. Through her own organization, Enterprise Project Management Ltd, Coral develops and facilitates numerous project management courses which are offered locally and through partners internationally such as AB&P in Switzerland and Software Productivity Centre in Canada and the United States.

Coral specializes in development and implementation of project management methods, tools, and processes for organizations worldwide. Coral is an expert in the design, development and implementation of Project Office and support structures. Her experience includes managing large, complex projects; project management training and the development and implementation of project management structures and processes for large international private sector and government organizations.

Coral has extensive experience as instructor, consultant, coach and project manager in several Canadian and international organizations. These include ABB Sweden, Cincinnati Bell, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Schindler Elevators, Sprint Canada, Syngenta Crop Protection Switzerland, Microsoft, JP Morgan/Chase Manhattan and customers within the Canadian Federal and Provincial Governments.
