I have a background in Science, Engineering and Education. During the 1990s I became fascinated by leadership and management as it was clear to me that these were the critical success factors in the projects I was working on. I began working in leadership programs at RRU in 2000 and moved from the UK to Victoria in 2004.

I provide training, facilitation and coaching services to organizations, mainly in BC but also further afield when the work is exciting. Most of my work is with the Victoria high technology sector, but I also work with the health sector, and of course with RRU.

I'm keen gardener and cook, growing most of my own veggies on a 1000 sq ft allotment. I also love to travel and geocache.

I'm passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations to be the best that they can be. I'm creative and love to innovate around difficult challenges. I'm honest without being confrontational and I'm caring without being over protective! I have a great sense of humour (so I'm told) and am easy to get along with.
